Emmanuel Macron, who lost his presidential majority, finally appears to have abandoned the idea of playing a central role in votes on the budget and all aspects of national political life. He achieved high office by devoting himself to foreign policy, in which he could pride himself on defending the line of the majority. And he does the same while worrying about the pernicious role of social networks, digital information ecosystems made of po algorithms.
