Blunt force injury to the head suffered during a fall: this is the cause of death of Ace Frehley, lead guitarist and founding member of the American glam-rock band Kiss. US media announced this by citing autopsy results.
Frehley died peacefully on October 16 surrounded by his family in Morristown, New Jersey, several weeks after his fall, according to his agent.
The Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the 74-year-old guitarist’s death accidental. The report states that Frehley suffered facial fractures near his left eye and ear; she had bruising on her stomach, one leg and her right hip.
