Poste Italiane closed – the company highlighted – “the best results for the first nine months of 2025 since its listing on the exchange” in 2015. Net profit rose 11.2% to 1.77 billion. «After five consecutive quarters with performance at a record level – said CEO Matteo Del Fante – we once again achieved outstanding results with revenue in the first nine months of 9.6 billion, up 4% year-on-year, and adjusted operating result (Ebit) up 10% to 2.5 billion». 2025 guidance has been confirmed. “Therefore, we confirm – said the CEO – full confidence in the guidance”, which was revised upwards in July.
Record profitability in 9 months, better results since listing
In the first 9 months, Poste posted profitability at record levels, with Adjusted Operating Results (EBIT) reaching 2.5 billion in the first nine months of 2025, up 10% year-on-year (856 million in the third quarter, +8.5% year-on-year). That’s Poste Italiane in its financial results notes. “The results of the first nine months were the best since the stock exchange listing: revenue, adjusted operating profit (EBIT) and net profit at all-time highs,” we read in the note.
Interim dividend of 0.40 euros
Poste Italane’s Board of Directors, also “taking into account the performance of the economic and financial situation of the company in the first nine months of 2025, the foreseeable evolution of management, and the related economic prospects expected at December 31, 2025” decided to distribute, as an advance, part of the expected ordinary dividend for the financial year 2025, in an amount equivalent to 0.4 euros per share. Payments will be made starting November 26, with an ex-dividend date on November 24 and a record date on November 25. The company highlighted “record levels”, “growing by 21% compared to the previous year.
Customer migration to the “super app” is complete
«I am pleased to announce that the migration of our customers to the “Super App” has been successfully completed”, said Poste Italiane CEO Matteo Del Fante, presenting the financial results of the first nine months. «To date – he pointed out – the Super App is used by 15 million customers, with 4.1 million daily active users in November 2025, a figure that exceeds the total number of users of our previous applications calculated together».
