A 28-year-old man was injured this Wednesday with a knife to the chest, in the Miguel Delibes de Esquivias alley, in Toledo. Sources from the Emergency and First Aid Service 112 of Castilla-La Mancha explained to the Europa Press news agency that the notification of the event arrived at 7.12pm, in which a man was found injured by a knife in the middle of a fight between two people.
The injured man was transferred to an intensive surveillance unit (ICU) at Toledo University General Hospital. Sources from the government delegation in the region confirmed that the stabbing occurred during a fight in which two people participated and that, for the moment, no arrests have been recorded.
The Civil Guard also went to the site to investigate the facts, proceedings are still open to identify the person responsible for the knife attack.
