A noticeable drop in temperature is expected in the next few days. As the weather gets colder in Berlin and Brandenburg.

The autumn weather in Berlin and Brandenburg still shows its cool side. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), the maximum temperature on Thursday was between 14 degrees in Uckermark and up to 18 degrees in the Elbe-Elster lowlands. The weather is accompanied by shrouded clouds with diffuse sunlight. This area remains dry, the wind blows weak to moderate from the southwest, in Fläming the gusts can sometimes increase.

But a change in the weather is coming: From Friday, the northern region of Brandenburg in particular will be affected by the lowlands. Clouds will become thicker Friday night and rain will start to fall in the north. The temperature drops to 10 to 7 degrees.

On Friday itself there will be thick clouds and continuous rain in the northern region, while in the southern region it will remain mostly dry with varying to thick clouds. Daily highs range between 11 degrees in Prignitz and 15 degrees in Niederlausitz.

A significant drop in temperature is expected over the weekend. On Saturday it will only reach a high of 7 degrees, plus there will be lots of clouds and rain in some areas. Sunday will also be very cloudy to overcast, with occasional drizzle. The temperature is between 5 and 8 degrees.

Temperatures will continue to cool Monday night. Lowest temperatures are between 3 and 1 degrees, and isolated ground frosts are possible in the north.
