The Paris prosecutor’s office on Thursday asked for sentences of three to fifteen years in prison for eight men accused of being migrant smugglers who lost their lives when their boat sank in the English Channel in August 2023.
At the trial in the case of shipwrecked migrants, sentences of 3 to 15 years in prison were demanded for eight suspected smugglers
