The special edition is dedicated to the ceremonies marking the tenth anniversary of the attacks on Saint-Denis and Paris. The ceremony began at Place Saint-Gervais behind City Hall, in the memorial garden that was inaugurated this evening. A place to remember the victims but also a place of life. It was the highlight of the anniversary at the Stade de France, in front of the terraces of the 10th and 11th arrondissements and in front of the Bataclan.
