A video camera captured a suspected thief in action in Wuppertal-Elberfeld. As POLICE upon request, the man broke into the basement of an apartment building at night. A video camera recorded it and alerted the owner who lives in the home. The man did not hesitate for long. He called police and detained the alleged thief in the basement until officers arrived. Police detained the man.
