An American wanted for 13 years for sexual exploitation of minors was arrested in France in Bas-Rhin

The police department of Scottsdale, Arizona, announced on social networks, Friday, November 14, the arrest in France in the town of Kilstett in Bas-Rhin du “Fugitive Michael Wiseman“on November 1, 2025, “wanted for actions dating back to 2008” for “multiple allegations of sexual exploitation of minors”in Scottsdale. This American citizen has been wanted for 13 years for sexual exploitation of minors.

According to police, Michael Wiseman then passed through Vietnam, Poland, and finally France, where “he calls himself Robert Danilewski”. Scottsdale police, the FBI and French police worked together to make his arrest in the village of Kilstett, north of Strasbourg. Michael Wiseman is also on trial in France on charges of rape and sexual abuse of a child under 15, American police further explained. American investigators, Scottsdale police and the FBI, managed to access his personal online accounts. Michael Wiseman was eventually arrested at his home on November 1 by the gendarmerie, ICI Alsace has learned.
