Regulatory simplification and digital reform are underway

With the publication in the Official Journal of the delegation to the Government, “reforms were initiated aimed at making the entire regulatory production cycle simpler and more digital”. This was conveyed by the State Printing and Mint Institute, explaining that the new model will be based on the platforms already operating at IPZS: Gazzetta Ufficiale, for the official publication of documents, and Normattiva, a database of current legislation.

Consultation of updated texts has become even easier

“This reform – which we can read in a note – aims to make the legal framework more orderly and accessible, facilitating the consultation of updated texts and their use by citizens, businesses and institutions. Ipzs will continue to guarantee the services provided by the law, by providing the infrastructure on which a new phase of digital regulatory simplification will be developed.”
