“Next failure”: Oliver Pocher criticizes Stefan Raab’s new show

Stefan Raab’s new show “The Unzerquizbaren” premiered on RTL on Saturday evening (November 15). Reason enough for Oliver Pocher to take shots at the entertainer on Instagram.

It’s no secret that Oliver Pocher and Stefan Raab, who caused a stir with the arrest warrant clip, don’t get along with each other. So it’s no surprise that Pocher hasn’t had a good look at Raab’s TV projects since the 59-year-old returned to TV last year. This is no different with his new show “The Unzerquizbaren” which starts on Saturday (November 15) on RTL.

Oliver Pocher: “Not a million people will watch Stefan Raab on Saturday!”

In his Instagram story, Pocher shared a screenshot of an article about the weak ratings of “The Unzerquizbaren”. He wrote: “What a shame! Another failure… Not a million people will watch Stefan Raab on Saturday! No football.”

But the hatred for his TV colleagues doesn’t end there. In another story, he also shared excerpts from an interview with Daniel Rosemann, managing director of Raab’s production company, Raab Entertainment, who remains optimistic despite ratings failures in recent months.

For Pocher, this was further explosive fuel. “But number 1 in terms of sugar coating! But fortunately Stefan is not interested in anything… (like the audience). (…) Maybe let yourself be persuaded or ask your own children what they are watching? There are quite approaches,” commented the comedian scathingly.

Opening episode of his new show: bad ratings for Stefan Raab

With the broadcast of the first edition of “The Unzerquizbaren”, Stefan Raab was only able to secure a market share of 8.3 percent among viewers. For comparison: Sat.1 showed “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” a 20-year-old film at the same time, but it earned better ratings with a 10.0 percent market share. Raab’s other RTL show, “The Stefan Raab Show”, has also looked dismal recently in terms of ratings.
