The love story that made thousands of Roma and Roma fans dream, the modern fairy tale about the marriage between a footballer and a showgirl, has sounded. There is a divorce date in it Francesco Totti and Ilary Blasi, and that date is March 21st. The beginning of spring will represent the beginning of a new life for the former couple, from a legal point of view. They are no longer husband and wife and as a result can enter into a new marriage. From some indiscretion it appears that Ilary, one of the two, wishes to remarry; such was the final acceleration of the separation case, which was registered in the Rome Court on October 24 2022 and became an arena where the two ex-partners faced each other without any restrictions. Both of them actually tried to blame each other for the end of their marriage due to alleged infidelity, based on messages and testimony. To then try to measure – with documents and payments in hand – their joint earning capacity, to arrange maintenance allowances for the three children.

Last April 1 Cristiano Iovino was summoned before the Capitoline Court to testify in the separation case between Totti and Blasi. The Roman businessman and personal trainer, who now lives and works in Milan, admitted before judge Simona Rossi that he had had a “long-term intimate relationship” with the TV presenter, which lasted about a year. Therefore, it was not the coffee they drank together – as Ilary revealed in her documentary “Unica” – that put her marriage in crisis. When he went to Milan to host Mediaset, they met at Iovino’s apartment or at luxury hotels. At that time, Blasi was actually still married to Totti. In the courtroom Iovino retraced the origins and evolution of the relationship, confirming what was reported to “Il Messaggero” on May 25, 2024. “We met towards the end of 2020, through social media, then we agreed to meet at the Banksy exhibition in Rome”. Initially the intermediary was Alessia Solidani, Ilary’s friend, hairdresser. Then in 2021, a meeting between them occurred independently. “There was not much talk about his family situation – Iovino explained to our newspaper – but he made me understand that his marriage made the latest headlines and that they practically lived separately at home.” A few months later, photos of Noemi Bocchi at the stadium with Totti came out. The two continued to meet and exchange messages, until the romantic weekend in New York ended. They remained on good terms until the showgirl decided (without consulting him) to tell him the story of the famous coffee.
Different from Ilary’s version, the first person to cheat was the former footballer, with his current partner, Noemi. While she was managing the management of the Island of the Famous, Ilary discovered that her youngest daughter, Isabel, had two “new friends with whom she played in the afternoons.” That is, the Bocchi children. So she decided to have her husband followed by a private investigator and discovered – according to her – that Totti would take his daughter with him to the building where Noemi lived.

The Mediaset presenter has been in a relationship with Bastian Müller, a 38-year-old German businessman and heir, for several years. In fact, he comes from a family with strong roots in the industrial sector: the Muller-Pettenpohl family are the owners of a historic company specializing in drilling and digging wells, founded in 1874. Born in Wächtersbach, a town about 60 kilometers from Frankfurt am Main, Bastian worked at the Carlton Hotel in St. Petersburg. Moritz as a butler from 2007 to 2015. Galeotto is an airport, where they met by chance. «I enjoyed Bastian, it was something completely unexpected, a complete surprise – explained the 44-year-old during an interview with Verissimo – In my life that is a plus. And if the showgirl and former Giallorossi captain sign a divorce in March, it is not ruled out that she could arrange a wedding with Müller at the end of 2026. Meanwhile, Totti has moved house: he has moved to a villa in the Fernesina area, also in northern Rome. It could be a marital home new, if he decides to remarry Noemi.
