Two months after ZEvent 2025, the French-language streamer is again mobilizing for a charity marathon with the second edition of “Stream for Humanity”. Initiated by streamer Amine, who has 3.3 million subscribers on Twitch, the three-day collection broadcast live on the platform raised a total of almost 1.6 million euros for the benefit of Médecins sans frontières and Secours populaire, organizers said on Sunday, November 17.
The event mobilized many big names on the Internet, including Squeezie, the second largest YouTuber in France (19.8 million subscribers on YouTube), Inoxtag, including a documentary Kaizen was the most watched video in 2024 on YouTube in France, and Maghla, the first streamer in France.
In total, about thirty Web personalities threw down the gauntlet and implored their customers’ generosity. The charity marathon ended with a football match on Sunday evening at the Jean-Bouin stadium in Paris, especially with rappers Orelsan, PLK and SDM.
The funds raised will benefit the fight according to organizers “fighting world hunger” in France, Nigeria, the Palestinian territories, Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). “You have a big heart. Thank you a thousand times,” happy Amine at the X at the end of the game.
The first edition of Stream for Humanity, in January, raised 3.5 million euros for the benefit of Médecins sans frontières forr “came to help families who were victims of armed conflict”. In recent years, this online mobilization has multiplied in the wake of ZEvent, a gathering of internet stars whose ninth edition in September raised more than 16 million euros for associations working for patients and caregivers.
