Macron and Zelensky signed an agreement for the future purchase of 100 Rafales – Libération

A “historic agreement”. Volodymyr Zelensky signs, with Emmanuel Macron in Paris this Monday, November 17, a “statement of intent” with a view to purchasing around a hundred French Rafale fighters, which Ukraine will acquire for the first time, and new generation air defense systems.
