After more than three hours of arguing, the hearing at the Industrial Relations Court scheduled for Monday, November 17 regarding the dispute between Paris Saint-Germain and Kylian Mbappé ended. Despite complications at the start of the hearing following PSG’s request to cancel the procedure, which was rejected by the president, both parties were able to submit their requests.
However, we have to wait before knowing the outcome of this case because the verdict will be handed down on Tuesday, December 16, for Kheira Hamraoui.

As mentioned in our column, and confirmed by the lawyers of PSG and Mbappé during the trial, the Real Madrid striker is demanding damages of 250 million euros following the losses suffered after his departure in the summer of 2024. “There is only an employee who faces a loser”, denounced in April during a press conference, Delphine Verheyden, Mbappé’s lawyer.
Nasser al-Khelaïfi’s club is demanding the Bondy native pay a check of 440 million euros for lying by promising he would not leave without any contract. PSG’s lawyers chose to reveal the existence of a 300 million euro offer from Saudi Arabia, revealed in our column at the time, which the player would reject in July 2023, before rejecting an extension and leaving the club with no transfer compensation in return.
