World Cup Qualifiers: Confident Netherlands beat Lithuania

The Netherlands celebrates a 4-0 (1-0) win against Lithuania in Amsterdam at the end of World Cup qualifying. Goals were scored by Tijjani Reijnders (16), Cody Gakpo (58), Xavi Simons (60) and Donyell Malen (62). Ronald Koeman’s team is confident in securing World Cup tickets.

The hosts dominated the game from the start and consistently took advantage of their chances. After the break, three goals in the space of four minutes made things clear.

Ronald Koeman relied on his regular players, who achieved success without any danger. Lithuania had no chance of holding out for long.
