Christian Jungwirth lost the duel for the “King of GerMMAny” title against Christian Eckerlin at the mega event in Frankfurt. Now the Stuttgart native is finally back in the octagon and can’t wait to meet his friend Niklas Stolze there. But that friendship seems to have been forgotten. Jungwirth’s loud announcement to Stolze: “I’m ready to kill you!” Jungwirth was nicknamed “The Immortal Celt” because of his endless cardio and incredible endurance. He wins the hearts of fans at every event.

Niklas Stolze (32)

Niklas Stolze is looking to get his next win in Hamburg
Children
After a year’s break, Stolze returned to the stable in Hamburg, but lost to Jessin Ayari. Things must now be different in Munich. Moreover, a lot has changed in his personal life too. Stolze recently became a father for the first time. He is the first East German to sign a contract with the UFC. He started martial arts at the age of fifteen through Jiu-Jitsu, and two years later switched to kickboxing. Eventually, MMA became his great passion and in 2014 he started his career as a professional fighter.

Attila Korkmaz (34)

At Octagon 76, Attila Korkmaz, whose home gym is the Spitfire Gym in Berlin, was finally able to win again. Now he is looking to achieve another win in Munich at the end of the year against Poland’s Mateusz Legierski. Interesting: she prefers to buy her clothes at Aldi and, according to her own statements, you will never see her in the bar. If he wins again, he’ll probably go to the best kebab shop in town.

Alexander Poppeck (32)

Alexander Poppeck celebrates his victory over Pavol Langer
Stephan Cerny
Next win in Munich? In May, Alexander Poppeck won against Pavol Langer at the BMW Dome, and now the Augsburg native wants to celebrate at the SAP Garden too, against David Hošek. But his memories of SAP Garden are certainly not the best. He celebrated his comeback here last year, but the fight was stopped without a rating due to illegal actions. If he wins again, he’ll probably go to the best kebab shop in town. Of course, this father of two also gets mental support from his wife, Lea.
Ozan Aslaner (28)

Ozan Aslaner wants to celebrate again on Saturday

Ozan Aslaner was last in the cage almost a year ago. In Prague he won his fight against Jakub Tichota. Now he wants to celebrate his next win in Munich, against Marco Elpidio. Two years ago he seriously injured his knee during a fight. After that, he returned to the office and worked for a security company in prison. But of course he preferred the bars of the octagonal cage a thousand times more.
Let’s see who’s cheering on Saturday…
