Climate that supports growth
«With the signature of Deputy Minister Mantovano at ZLS, Lazio can finally activate extraordinary influence for the development of its region. This is a welcome step, which we have prepared for through extensive discussions with local authorities, trade associations and trade unions. Equipping this region with a simplified logistics area means creating a climate that supports the growth of existing productive materials and the birth of new businesses, which will be able to benefit from incentives and subsidized development pathways. “Thanks to this instrument, the industrial area in Lazio will have more dialogue with the port area, creating a virtuous circle that will be able to guarantee lasting prosperity in the dozens of cities involved and give further impetus to the macroeconomic data, which have recorded a significant increase during 2025, especially in exports and GDP” said the president of the Lazio Region, Francesco Rocca.
Tax credits dedicated to ZLS

The path that started many years ago and stalled for a long time is finally over, and a new, concrete and operational phase is opening, which will provide fundamental competitive tools for Lazio to attract investments, encourage regional development and strengthen the regional logistics system. A very important element is the introduction of a tax credit dedicated to the ZLS, desired by the Meloni Administration, which further strengthens the attractiveness of the region and offers real incentives to businesses to invest, innovate and create new jobs”, added the member of the budget and economic planning council of the Lazio Region. Giancarlo Righini.
