Supreme Court Judge Leopoldo Puente has decreed the provisional release of Santos Cerdán considering that the risk of destruction of evidence has been mitigated and warns that the evidence has been “strengthened” after the UCO report, but an “exceptional” measure such as preventive detention is no longer justified.
