Six months after the cruel death of a Hamburg writer on a houseboat, his son had to be permanently relocated psychiatry. The Hamburg regional court ruled on this. The court ruled that the 23-year-old was proven to suffer from schizoaffective disorder, which was aggravated by consuming drugs. In his action, the 23 year old teenager acted in a state of incapacity.
Schizoaffective disorder is characterized by mood swings and concomitant schizophrenic symptoms such as delusions or hallucinations. In the so-called security process, the public is not included until the verdict is announced.
A blow to the sleeping mother’s head
According to the prosecutor’s office, the young man is said to have killed his mother on a houseboat in Holzhafenufer in Hamburg-Moorfleet at around 4am on April 22. He hit his sleeping mother on the head and neck several times with an unknown battering ram – possibly a hammer. The 58-year-old man suffered an open traumatic brain injury and died at the scene.
