The medical journal “The Lancet” confirmed, in an article published Wednesday, November 19, that there is a link between the consumption of processed products and a number of diseases. Mélissa Mialon, a researcher at Inserm who participated in the study, criticized the economic logic that causes products dangerous to health to be placed on supermarket shelves.
