According to the railway, there were delays and partial cancellations on the railway line between Nortorf (Rendsburg-Eckernförde district) and Rendsburg due to damage to the bridge in Osterrönfeld.
During the inspection, a broken screw was found in the bridge. According to a railway spokesperson, these screws need to be replaced. The disruption is expected to last until the end of operations on Wednesday.
Trains on the RE 7/RE 70 line (Flensburg/Kiel – Hamburg) were affected. Currently unable to travel between Rendsburg and Neumünster. A replacement bus service has been prepared between Rendsburg and Neumünster.
