Russian Head of State: Putin: I am in good health

Long-serving head of state of Russia Vladimir Putin According to his own statement, he is in excellent health. He recently underwent a check-up in hospital, he said while visiting an exhibition amid ongoing speculation about his condition, according to Russian media. “Thank God everything is fine,” explained the 73-year-old man in Moscow.

The investigation took two days. He went to the hospital in the afternoon and was discharged the next day after spending the night there.

Putin is presented as a strong man

Previously, the Kremlin had repeatedly highlighted Putin’s good physical condition. For example, the Russian president has been photographed shirtless in the wilderness or diving for ancient amphoras in the sea. Putin, who started the war against Ukraine more than three and a half years ago, was also photographed holding the control stick of a fighter jet. At the time, the tape was intended to show the differences between him and his predecessor Boris Yeltsin, who was no longer in office and had recently become unpopular among Russians.

Contrary to the strongman narrative propagated by the Kremlin, speculation has recently been rife about Putin’s poor health or even a doppelganger in his long absences. Moscow has always denied these rumors.
