The PP calls for 30 years in prison for Ábalos for the masks conspiracy | Spain

The popular accusations, led by the PP, call for 30 years in prison for former Transport Minister José Luis Ábalos and his former advisor, Koldo García. For the third person involved in the plot, Commissioner Víctor de Aldama, who collaborated with the justice system, seven years in prison are requested after applying the mitigating circumstance of the confession. The seven popular accusations (PP, Vox, Manos Cleans, Hazte Oír, Liberum, Adade and Iustitia Europa) attribute six crimes to Ábalos and García: criminal organization, corruption, influence peddling, falsification of official documents, prevarication and embezzlement. They also demand that the former minister and his former advisor now enter preventive detention.
