25. Ukraine will hold elections in 100 days.

26. All parties involved in this conflict will be granted full amnesty for their actions during the war and undertake not to make any claims or consider any claims in the future.

27. This Agreement is legally binding. Its implementation will be monitored and guaranteed by the Peace Council chaired by President Donald Trump. Sanctions will be given if violations occur.
