This ambitious project is part of an important period for Alstom, which has diversified its activities while seeking to guarantee the superiority of its products. “ Therefore, modernizing our site is critical to maintaining our competitiveness », determines David Journet. The resources allocated to Belfort – representing 30 million euros, out of 150 million euros nationally – aim to upgrade installations, double production lines and develop new rolling stock testing facilities. “ With this investment, we demonstrate our confidence in the future of the Belfort site, which is important in our industrial network », he added.
