It is planned to open only in 2027. However, the new expansion of the 3 Fontaines shopping center is already full. The 10,000 m2 under renovation – in a wing called Cergy 3, closed for more than five years – has found a buyer and a lease has been signed. A large Primark brand store will be set up there, as well as a Nike store.
While waiting for the upcoming opening, inaugurations will take place one after another. The new Leonidas concept, which combines a boutique and cafe, has just launched not far from the already popular Apple retailer and future Aroma Zone store.
