A 33-year-old man was attacked by several men in Berlin-Kreuzberg. That POLICE spoke out against a homophobic background, according to a statement. The man suffered minor injuries to the head and body.
Three Man spoke to a 33-year-old man in Görlitzer Park and asked him about his sexual orientation. After he answered the question, the men reportedly beat him and took him to the ground.
According to police, three other men joined the attackers, two of whom hit the 33-year-old with beer bottles. Only when a passerby shouted loudly for help was the man able to escape from the attackers, he said. Criminal police are investigating malicious bodily harm.
