Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, on the sidelines of the G20 work, participated in a meeting of the coalition of wishes on Ukraine, held at the invitation of the leaders of the European Union. The summit took place in one of the halls of the Johannesburg Expo Center, with fourteen chairs arranged in a semicircle. In two central positions are European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and EU Council President Antonio Costa. Seen in images released by Palazzo Chigi, Meloni takes a position between Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and French President Emmanuel Macron. Also present were the leaders of Germany, England, Norway, Japan, Australia, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands and Spain. (
