The Ehrlich brothers miss their father

Magician duo: “We would like to thank our father. He was there from the beginning when we worked on our first illusions in the basement and was always a good advisor.” But his father was no longer able to witness his son’s big breakthrough. He died of leukemia in 2013 at the age of 65.

Andreas Ehrlich (47) said: “The last illusion we built with him was the illusion with the motorbike and the iPad. I think it’s our most famous illusion.” His brother Chris (43) added: “Sadly our father was the only person who never actually saw this illusion. He suffered from a serious illness and died four weeks before the premiere.”

Then the wizard’s voice broke. Christian can no longer hold back his tears. A touching moment that touched everyone’s hearts. Andreas Ehrlich, visibly moved, called out to the audience: “He is here today!” Afterwards, Chris added: “We had a big dream to tour as a threesome. We were able to make it happen today, as a twosome. And we said to ourselves: saying goodbye means never stopping saying thank you.”

In memory of their father, the Ehrlich Brothers have created… “The Giovanni Zarella Show” prepared a little magic trick, magically bending a piece of wire into the words “Thank you”.
