Snow even occurred at relatively low altitudes on Sunday 23 November, with the mountains in Lazio most frequently visited by Romans appearing covered in snow. From Terminillo to Mount Livata, but also snow at the Roman Castle at Rocca Priora, at Jenne and Gudagnolo in the Aniene Valley and Campo Staffi.

Wind: weak from the north to north-central quadrant with strengthening to moderate in the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic coastal areas in the south-central and locally strong in the Calabrian, Marche, Abruzzo, Molise and Apulian coasts; locally strong moderate groups from the western quadrant on the two largest islands and from the evening also on the coast of north-central Tuscany. Sea: rough southern Corsican Sea, Sardinian Sea and Strait, Sicilian Strait, southern Tyrrhenian Sea and Ionian Sea with large waves subsiding since the afternoon; from the northern rough to very rough Corsican Sea, the central Tyrrhenian Sea, and the Adriatic Sea; The rough northern Tyrrhenian Sea and the Ligurian Sea with large waves that increase from the afternoon until very rough.
