media, ‘5 Ukrainian prisoners of war executed by Russian soldiers’ – Il Tempo

Kiev, November 23 (Adnkronos) – Five Ukrainian prisoners of war were reportedly killed by the Russian military. The war mapping site in Ukraine DeepState revealed this through a video showing the moment Russian troops opened fire on Ukrainian soldiers lying on the ground.

The organization said it was still investigating when and where the executions took place and had not indicated where possible war crimes occurred.

The execution of prisoners of war is considered a war crime and violates the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit torture, violence and execution without due process.
