Washington and Kyiv confirmed, on the night of Sunday 23 November to Monday 24 November, that a “future agreement” peace to end the conflict with Russia should be “fully respecting sovereignty” from Ukraine. On the ground, Russian drone strikes left at least four people dead and 17 injured in Kharkiv, eastern Ukraine, overnight from Sunday to Monday, local authorities said. “Even though there are negotiations” peace regarding Ukraine, “Russian troops attacked (…) apartment building”criticized Igor Terekhov, mayor of this city near the Russian border. According to emergency services, the attack destroyed buildings and caused fires in three residential buildings and civil infrastructure.
