There are four drug traffickers, three pedophiles, a murderer, a violent thief and a pimp. They are all men and are classified as “highly dangerous”. They are the 10 most wanted criminals who could be hiding in Spain, although it cannot be ruled out that they are abroad. This Monday the State Police launched a campaign to ask for the collaboration of citizens to locate him. The measure is not new. In previous years, the Spanish police itself and the European Union Agency for Police Cooperation (Europol) have launched similar initiatives with good results. The latest, launched in July last year, has so far led to the arrest of six of the 10 criminals whose details had been released. The Police created an email address, losmasbuscados@policia.es, so that citizens who believe they have some information about any of them can pass it on to officers in a confidential manner. On this occasion, in addition to real photographs of the fugitives, the Police inserted images created using artificial intelligence to try to recreate any physical changes that the fugitives could have adopted to avoid capture.
Daniel Vázquez Patiño. 46 years old and originally from A Coruña, he is accused of abuse and sexual violence on a minor under the age of 10. Among his physical characteristics, the Police highlight that he has an obese complexion, has brown hair and a receding hairline, as well as measuring 1.70 meters, white skin and brown eyes. It is classified as “highly dangerous”.
Jesus Manuel Heredia Heredia. Known by the pseudonym El Pantoja, this 40-year-old drug trafficker from Algeciras (Cadiz) is wanted for crimes against public health and violation of the sentence. Leader of the Los Pantoja clan, he is considered one of the biggest drug traffickers in the history of Spain. Linked to drug trafficking in Campo de Gibraltar, he is considered a disciple of Abdellah El Haj, a well-known trafficker known as The Messi of hashish. He has an obese complexion and is 1.80 meters tall, with dark skin, brown eyes and a receding hairline. It is also considered highly dangerous.
Juan Herrera Guerrero. Born in Puente Genil (Córdoba) 53 years ago, he is wanted by the judges for sexual abuse and assault on minors. He is 1.73 m tall, has an athletic build, brown hair, white skin, brown eyes and can wear prescription glasses. It is also classified by the police as “highly dangerous”.
Juan Miguel Garcia Santos. Gallego, from Vilanova de Arousa (Pontevedra), 51 years old, is accused of being the mastermind of a Galician drug trafficking network involved in the trafficking of cocaine from Ecuador disguised in shipments of bananas. His complexion is obese, he has black hair, white skin and black eyes. It is also considered very dangerous.
Manuel Rodríguez López. This 63-year-old from Barcelona has accumulated numerous complaints from the Spanish courts for robberies with violence, illicit possession of weapons, injuries and violation of the sentence. He is 1.75 meters tall, has a slim build, gray hair, white skin and brown eyes. The Police also underlines its danger.
Martino Ramos Soto. 50 years old and originally from Orense, this teacher was sentenced to 13 years in prison for sexually abusing a minor student for four years through sadistic practices. His build is slim, he has dark skin and curly gray hair, with brown eyes. Also considered very dangerous, the latest clue places him in Cuba and more precisely in Havana, where he would work as a photographer for art galleries and model fashion shows under a false name.
José María Pavón Pereira. Sentenced to 41 years in prison for the malicious and ferocious murder of two people in Granada, the Police report this 52-year-old from Huelva to facilitate his location thanks to his athletic build. He is 1.65m tall and has dark hair, white skin and black eyes. It is also considered “highly dangerous”.
Ionut Ramon Raducan. Of Romanian nationality, he is also known by his pseudonym Forint. He is convicted of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual and labor exploitation, in the case in which he forced his younger sister and her partner to prostitute themselves in the Marconi Industrial Park (Madrid). He is 33 years old and has an athletic build, is 1.72 meters tall, has brown hair and white skin.
Julio Herrera Nieto. Originally from Sancti-Spíritus (Salamanca), he is 56 years old and is wanted for drug trafficking, illegal possession of weapons and money laundering. He is linked to a criminal organization that distributes heroin and cocaine to small-time users in the Plasencia area (Cáceres) and surrounding areas. His build is athletic, he is 1.73 meters tall, has light eyes and is bald. It can be armed, which is why it is also considered very dangerous.
Sergio Jesús Mora Carrasco. Known by the pseudonym Yeyo, this 48-year-old from Huelva is considered one of the biggest drug traffickers in Europe. Also accused of money laundering, his criminal specialty is the maritime transport of hashish via drug ships. He has an obese complexion, is 1.72 meters tall and has white skin, brown eyes and dark hair. The police forces are very dangerous as, in addition to their connections in Spain, they also have contacts abroad, which can facilitate their concealment.
