An urge to leverage the authoritative voice of the association, to simplify and optimize the dialogue between dealers and regulators. This was the appeal of the Director of Online Games at the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM), Antonio Giuliani, in his speech at EGR 2025, last Friday. A clear invitation for gaming operators with remote cash winnings to make greater use of representation systems to simplify dialogue with institutions. The aim is to make discussions with the Government more effective, avoiding the inefficiencies of duplication, stratification and inconsistent interpretation that slow down the process and give rise to misunderstandings.
In this context, LOGiCO – the League of Online Channel Gaming Operators – announces the official opening of membership applications in 2026. This non-profit association is based on the principle of “one member, one vote”, guaranteeing a simple and transparent structure: as the number of members increases, the fees become more convenient for everyone. And in 2025 the new DiaLOGiCO cycle was born, a discussion table promoted with institutions, regulators and operators, to accompany the reorganization of online gaming. During the meeting, the need emerged for a technical and constructive approach capable of combining social protection, freedom of business and economic sustainability.
“The invitation from the Admiral – comments Moreno Marasco, president of LOGiCO – confirms what we have been advocating for some time: the sector needs cohesion and simplifies discussions with institutions. Associative tools increase the efficiency and effectiveness of dialogue. LOGiCO, founded ten years ago and led by a management that has been operating in the sector for more than twenty years, represents the interests of the members, summarizing their requests, reducing misunderstandings and guaranteeing a coherent response, supporting the company’s strategy in a sustainability-oriented context. We often note – and in the last reorganization phase what is more often the case – that discussions between individual dealers or providers that are not coordinated with each other can lead to significant misunderstandings, such as requiring our intervention. Therefore, we welcome Director Giuliani’s invitation to strengthen dialogue and build a more stable and transparent sector.”
