The Security Cabinet continues to pull the thread left by the three young people who participated in the murder of the mayor of Uruapan, Carlos Manzo, on November 1st. The authorities have identified and arrested Jaciel Antonio ‘N’, who they indicate as a recruiter of criminal cells in Michoacán and responsible for enlisting Fernando Josué Leal Aceves and Víctor Manuel Ubaldo Vidales in the attack against the municipal president. The inmate was looking for potential candidates in addiction rehabilitation centers to become hitmen and drug distributors for organized crime.
