If we are to believe the whistleblower, UDR deputy Charles Alloncle, this is nothing but trouble “to be completely transparent on a topic of great interest to France” : public broadcasting and the two main companies that make it up, France Télévisions and Radio France. According to him, this was completely coincidental, following the controversy surrounding Thomas Legrand and Patrick Cohen orchestrated by media outlet Vincent Bolloré (CNews, Europe 1, J.D.D) throughout September, Eric Ciotti’s party used the right of withdrawal to set up a commission of inquiry “on the neutrality, operation and financing of public broadcasting” which begins this Tuesday, November 25 at the National Assembly.

No amount of questions, swearing and bickering will push two companies already under fire any further.
