In the Val Susa, Turin area, there was tension last night over the presentation of the book ‘Killing a fascist’ by Giuseppe Culicchia, director of the Turin Readers’ Club. This volume is dedicated to the young Sergio Ramelli, a Youth Front militant who was killed in 1975 by a blow with a wrench by the Worker Vanguard. Several years ago Culicchia wrote a book dedicated to his cousin, Walter Alasia, the Red Brigades terrorist. Writer and member of the social policy council of the Piedmont Region, Maurizio Marrone (FdI), spoke yesterday at the Susa city library. Outside, a protest from anti-fascist and No tav groups shouting the slogan “Go, go, fascists and police” unfurled a grisly banner “Fascio Dead Fertilizer for vegetable gardens”, with an image of the wrench that killed Ramelli.

Surprise at the Turin procession. Meloni's writing appears to be hanging on the train
