Shocking discovery in Bremen: A dead baby was found in a rubbish bin. A waste disposal company employee found him in the morning sorting trash in the port area, police said. The identity of the child and the exact cause of death are not yet known.
The police have started investigating this matter. The location is the company’s location in the industrial port area north of the Weser in the northwest of the Hanseatic city. There are further industrial areas in the surrounding area. The Bremen steelworks and the Weser tunnel construction site on the A281 are also nearby.
