What are Michelin stars?
This is a recognition, according to the French tire guide, which distinguishes restaurants that offer exceptional cuisine. To award it, five criteria are always applied, no matter in which part of the world the restaurant is located: the quality of the ingredients, the harmony of flavors, the mastery of the technique, the personality of the chef reflected in his dishes and, above all, coherence, evaluating whether excellence is maintained over time and in the entire proposal of the restaurant.
