Milan, November 25 (Adnkronos) – Two adults accused of robbery and attempted murder of a student, assault and stabbing in Corso Como in Milan last October 12, remain in prison as the precautionary requirement remains in place. According to Milan preliminary inquiry judge Chiara Valori, the two adults, when put on trial in the final minutes, minimized their guilt and gave an unexpected version. It was the soaring responsibility – video images showed the entire group (including three minors) – that led the public prosecutor Andrea Zanoncelli himself to give a negative opinion on the request for house arrest made by the defense of the two suspects. Negative opinion approved by investigative judge Valori today.
