A student and the daughter of the Moroccan vice consul filed a complaint this Wednesday morning for violent theft on the RER D, Le Parisien learned from police sources. The alleged act was committed on 11 November 2025 in the afternoon in a train parked at Ris-Orangis (Essonne) station.
The young girl was on the train when three people “stared at her continuously”, before one of them tried to remove her necklace. The pendant was stolen, but the victim did not suffer any injuries, the source said.
The suspected perpetrator of the theft managed to escape before the train departed.
