Furthermore, adjusted EBITDA exceeded $2,000 million (€1,733 million), the highest level in any quarter.

The gross value of bookings increased by 14%, while overnight stays and places booked grew by 9%.

Looking to the end of the year, the company highlighted that it continues to see strong demand in October, as it, in particular, observed stronger bookings earlier, driven in part by its “Book Now, Pay Later” offering in the United States, which supports its positive outlook for the rest of the year.

In the fourth quarter it expects to generate revenues of between $2,660 and 2,720 million (2,306 and 2,358 million euros), which represents year-on-year growth of 7% to 10%. Similarly, for 2025, Airbnb now expects its adjusted Ebitda margin to be around 35%, up from its August forecast of “at least 34.5%.
