Hoffenheim’s high performance also continued against Leipzig

Successful series from RB Leipzig ripped. After three consecutive wins, Saxon lost 1:3 (1:2) at TSG Hoffenheim despite taking the lead.

Hoffenheim turned things around

Yan Diomande (9) made it 1-0 for Leipzig, Abian Hajdari (20) equalized. Tim Lemperle (38) again gave Hoffenheim the lead before the break, Grischa Prömel (79) made the final score 3-1. Hoffenheim celebrates its fourth win in the series, Leipzig’s series ends.

Both teams started the attack and provided an entertaining party. After an early equaliser, Hoffenheim gained more control and were more efficient in the decisive moments. Leipzig defended well at first, but were unable to withstand the hosts’ pressure in the second half.
