starting in 2026 more members and open positions. All news

A better match between job supply and demand, also thanks to greater use of Artificial Intelligence. And then more members and more open positions. In 2026 a platform for worksInpsthe so-called “Siisl” (Information system for social inclusion and employment). The Social Security Institute continues to implement technical mechanisms to make the system more efficient, initially designed for citizen income beneficiaries, and then gradually extended to all unemployed.

Today, with AI, training courses and job opportunities are suggested in a more targeted way to users. In the coming months it is also planned to use algorithms for greater fraud prevention and deeper personalization of services. Therefore, new tools will be developed to guide training and employment pathways, taking into account individual skills, regions and perspectives. Meanwhile, the latest legislative decision on workplace safety, published in the Official Journal on October 31, introduces several new features in Siisl.

Starting April 1 next year, all private companies that request public contributions for new employees will have to publish available job positions on the platform. However, at the beginning of the year, labor suppliers are obliged to publish all positions they manage at Siisl.

Details of both measures will be determined through a Labor Ministry decision, which must be approved by the end of December. Agencies, at that point, can potentially access the INPS platform to identify the most suitable candidates for the published job positions. Meanwhile, at the end of the month, again by decision of the Ministry of Manpower, an operational method will be determined to register all permanent foreign workers who live or arrive in Italy because they have a work agreement with Siisl. Registration will be carried out through authorized bodies, employers or intermediaries.

COMMUNICATION

Also from April 1 2026, all mandatory communications from the employer (a series of bureaucratic obligations that must be carried out when establishing, changing or terminating an employment relationship) can also be carried out directly via the INPS platform, thereby speeding up and making the procedure transparent.

Therefore, companies will benefit from greater transparency and security in recruitment management. And workers, in turn, will have access to more targeted and personalized opportunities based on their skills. Meanwhile, the Siisl platform will allow us to collect more valuable statistical data to analyze the labor market and local needs.
