Kryalos Sgr has sold a logistics portfolio consisting of five assets located in Piedmont to Hines. The portfolio – sold by the Mazer Fund and acquired through a Fund called “Hepp 1 Italy A” managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy Sgr – consists of five buildings for logistics use, all fully leased and located respectively in Orbassano (Turin), San Pietro Mosezzo (Novara) and Oleggio (Novara). According to rumors, the total value should be around 110 million.
The Orbassano property has a gross surface area of approximately 7,340 m2, is equipped with 11 loading bays and 3 level doors and is located within the Turin interport, 20 km from the capital of Piedmont and 24 km from the entrance of the A4 motorway (Milan – Turin).
The three properties located in San Pietro Mosezzo have a total surface area of approximately 86 thousand m2, are equipped with 100 loading bays and are located 54 km from Milan and 5 km from Novara as well as from the Novara Ovest motorway toll gate of the A4 motorway. However, the one in Oleggio has a gross surface area of more than 41,500 m2, is equipped with 26 loading bays and 12 doors and is located in a strategic position 50 km from Milan, 12 km from Malpensa airport and 19 km from the Novara Est toll gate of the A4 motorway.
