Rome, November 11 (askanews) – DEGG has launched a new meeting with “HR NEXT: Digital Twin for the HR of the Future”, a meeting dedicated to companies that want to understand how artificial intelligence can accelerate digital transformation, increase the measurability of processes and strengthen their impact on business. An event organized in collaboration with Assodigit and Factorial. Assodigit was represented by President Giovanni Cinquegrana, who presented HR Hub, an initiative born in collaboration with DEGG, designed as a reference point for companies, professionals and stakeholders. HR Hub conducts analysis, emerging trends and best practices to consciously address the digital transformation that is redefining the role of Human Resources.
And again Factorial, the Spanish scale-up that together with Daniele Pollifrone, Partner Development Manager, focuses on Factorial ONE: the biggest innovation in its history. The AI-first platform, has been integrated into every HR process, introducing the possibility of creating a Digital Twin capable of replicating the way you work and supporting repeatable activities. Factorial has taken an evolutionary step that fully embodies the show’s message: using AI to improve people, better understand processes, and guide more informed decisions.
Marco Alessandrini, DEGG Account Executive, stated: “When we talk about business, we talk about many departments. However, the topic of human resources is rarely discussed which precisely has a key role because it deals with people, the center of every company. For this reason we host our partner Factorial which also started in the Italian market. We want to make a contribution to this sector”.
The HR NEXT column was born from the realization that digital transformation is not an optional choice, but rather a cultural process, involving society and companies so that AI can become a strategic ally in the HR field, helping organizations to improve human resources.
“During the HR Next event we covered the topic of artificial intelligence in HR platforms. Therefore, we covered key topics such as GDPR, data privacy and the possibility of using applications through natural language,” said Vlad Grigoriu, CTO of DEGG.
Artificial intelligence can help HR through recruiting, onboarding, engagement, analytics and performance activities. Supporting tools in HR activities to enhance and not replace human skills.
Luca Corigliano, Head of Digital Solutions at DEGG, issued the following statement: “It is important to introduce the topic of AI into HR processes because it needs to start with humans. Artificial intelligence must be a tool to achieve specific goals, working alongside humans.”
HR NEXT represents a bold step towards a more data-driven, ethical and measurable HR function, capable of collaborating across the organization to deliver real, lasting value, and putting people back at the center.
