Whatever its fate in the Assembly, the PLF will be sent to the Senate starting November 24, to be examined in a public hearing the following day. If the deputies manage to reach an agreement, the senators will start from their text; instead, it will start from the government’s copy, possibly modified through parliamentary amendments that the government will agree to integrate.
Depending on the scenario, senators will have a total of twenty or fifteen days to examine the two parts of the text.
