The National Police has opened an investigation to clarify the events that allegedly occurred last Friday afternoon, when a man sprayed pepper spray in the faces of three migrant minors near the Hortaleza reception centre.
The events happened around 8.15pm. both a Samur unit and a National Police patrol went to the scene after receiving a call from one of the centre’s educators warning that the minors had been attacked by spraying spray in their faces.
Upon arrival, the educators informed the officers that a person in a vehicle stopped in the area and, from the car itself, launched the spray on the minors, according to what was reported by the Police Headquarters and made known The world.
