Alma LED was awarded the “Private Equity Mid-Level Law Firm of the Year” award at the TopLegal Awards 2025, establishing itself among the reference firms in Italian private equity. The award was received by Marco Nicolini, Equity Partner of Alma LED and head of the Corporate and M&A team.
The TopLegal jury motivated this award by specifically appreciating: “assistance towards funds used in domestic and cross-border operations with a high innovative contribution, with a focus on new digital technologies.
